I am a 40 years of US Government service retired civil servant with 27 years as a Financial Management Analyst, 10 Years Experience as a Leadership Development Specialist including Coaching, Facilitation and the CEO of Clear Vision Global Coaching based in Virginia.

My specializations include personal and professional teen and adult leadership development training, facilitation, motivational speaking, team consulting and personal coaching.

I have ICF certified credentials. My certification is a professional certification indicating that I have met very specific standards and I am dedicated to upholding strong principles of ethical behavior in coaching.
